Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. The ordering of goods from The Tartan Scarf Company Limited indicates that you are in agreement with them. The terms below apply to order placed directly with The Tartan Scarf Company Limited.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE AND AVAILABILITY
For first time wholesale customers of Tartan Scarf Co. the minimum order value is £300 + shipping. Payment is due at the time of order and goods will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing.
We aim to ensure we have adequate product availability, however we cannot guarantee 100% stock availability. Should you require a large volume of a particular product then please email firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire.
We reserve the right to choose which products are available for wholesale purchase. Some items available via our website may not be suitable for retail sale due to packaging, quantity available etc.
WHOLESALE PRICING AND HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Enquiries into becoming a wholesale customer can be made by emailing email@example.com. Orders can be placed via the same email address.
Once approved as a wholesale customer we will send you our wholesale pricing catalogue.
Goods purchased from us shall be sold at the RRP (with exchange rate applied for international retailers). Retailers may apply a discount after selling at RRP for a reasonable period of time.
Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops and online retailers. Businesses are forbidden from selling Tartan Scarf Co. merchandise on any other 3rd party online retail outlet. Tartan Scarf Co. merchandise may not be sold on Amazon, eBay, through Facebook Buy-In Groups or any other means.
We will send you an order acknowledgement and pro forma invoice in email format. Payment can be made either via bank transfer or can be settled through PayPal. If you wish to pay via BACS transfer, please contact us for bank details.
Alternative payment methods will be considered - please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request.
Shipping is not included in the cost of wholesale goods. We make every attempt to ship out orders within 24 hours, however please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and fulfillment during the COVID-19 pandemic.
You are responsible for ensuring that all the details you give are correct as we cannot be held liable for any mis-delivery arising out of incorrect information that you have provided.
Returns of wholesale orders will not be accepted unless faulty.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Any shortages or damages must be reported to our team within 5 business days via email email@example.com. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise, if proven to be damaged or defective on receipt of goods. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We will endeavour to use the best-value carrier available at the time of your order being placed. The Tartan Scarf Company Limited cannot be held responsible for any courier delays after the order has been handed over to the courier.
All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us. The materials on our website may be used for your own marketing purposes but please let us know what you are going to use - it won’t be a problem, we would just like to know.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, accidents, acts of terrorism, war, fire, strikes, lock outs, failure of any communications including telecommunications or computer systems, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
