Returns
If you would like to return your item, please email care@tartanscarfcompany.co.uk within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds 

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed from date of us receiving your returned item.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to The Tartan Scarf Company. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you received a damaged product, or your product becomes faulty, then please notify us immediately for assistance.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
